DRESS CODE POLICY

Students enrolled in the Mountain View School District should be dressed and groomed in an appropriate manner that will not interfere with or detract from the school environment or disrupt the educational process (Education Code 44807.6145.5).

DRESS CODE VIOLATION CONSEQUENCES

Dress Code Discipline Includes:

- Warning and change into appropriate PE loaners

- Administrative Detention(s) (45 minutes)

- Parent contact

- Loss of eligibility in end of year activities

- Alternative Classroom Placement (ACP)
